Sessions
These sessions are for you and you only.
One on one individual sessions allow Tamara to fully
concentrate on your body’s capabilities and limitations. Your programme
is tailored to suit your individual needs and goals and through these
personal sessions you will be monitored every step of the way.
It’s important to have a few one on one sessions to
ensure you are using the correct techniques when exercising and this
knowledge you will take with you when working out on your own or in a
group situation.
