Tamara believes that to be happy it is important to be fit and healthy, she teaches you how to empower yourself and to learn how achievable it is to have an active lifestyle.

Tamara’s philosophy is also to encourage and instruct in easy exercise programmes that do become part of active living – creating a desire to move more.

MTS encourages social interaction and inspiration rather than motivation.

Exercise should be fun, safe and effective.  Manage your weight, firm up and strengthen.  Enjoy a lifestyle change, increase self worth and go forward with pleasure, not pain.
